A clear explanation of every cookie Centipid sets, what it does, how long it lasts, and exactly how to disable it if you prefer - across all major browsers and devices.
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, phone, or tablet) when you visit a website. They allow websites to remember information about your visit - such as your login status, your preferences, or which pages you've viewed.
Cookies are not programs and cannot run on your device. They cannot access other files on your computer, and they are not inherently harmful. Most web services require some cookies to function correctly.
In addition to traditional cookies, we may also use similar technologies such as web storage (localStorage, sessionStorage), web beacons, and pixel tags. These work similarly to cookies and are covered by this policy.
This policy applies to cookies used on centipidaccess.com, the Centipid dashboard (app.centipidaccess.com), and Centipid Access portals operated through the Centipid platform by customer organizations.
We use cookies for the following purposes across our different properties:
We do not sell data or build interest profiles. If you decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and Google Tag Manager does not load.
Required for the basic operation of the platform. Without these, the website or dashboard cannot function. Cannot be disabled.
Login session, CSRF security tokens, access session
Enhance your experience by remembering your preferences and settings. The platform works without them, just with fewer conveniences.
Language preference, timezone, dashboard layout, "remember me" login

When a user connects to a Centipid Access portal at a customer site, the portal page sets a small number of cookies for technical session management purposes.
| COOKIE | PURPOSE | DURATION |

| portal_session | Confirms the user has authenticated to the portal. Required for access - without this cookie the portal cannot verify the user is connected. | Session (clears when browser closes) |

Each portal is operated by an independent customer organization. If you have questions about how a specific organization uses your data, please contact that organization directly. The organization's privacy notice is displayed on their portal.
We use a small number of third-party services that set their own cookies. These are limited to analytics and ad measurement (only if you accept) and social login in the dashboard.

You can control which non-essential cookies are set through the Centipid cookie preference banner, which appears on your first visit to centipidaccess.com, and can be opened again at any time from the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.
The panel above is interactive. Your preference is saved to your browser for 1 year. Clearing browser cookies will reset this preference.

Blocking all cookies may affect how some parts of the Centipid dashboard work, particularly login persistence and preference saving. The website (centipidaccess.com) functions normally with all cookies blocked.
Some browsers support a "Do Not Track" (DNT) header that signals websites not to track you. Centipid honours DNT signals on our website - if your browser sends a DNT signal, we do not load Google Tag Manager (analytics and ads) for your visit.
We also support the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal (supported by Firefox with Privacy Protection, Brave, and others), we treat it as equivalent to opting out of analytics and advertising cookies.
The Centipid dashboard does not respond to DNT signals for strictly necessary session cookies, as these are required for the platform to function.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time as we change the cookies we use or as the law requires. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
If we add new non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent through the cookie preference panel before setting them. For changes to strictly necessary cookies, we will update this policy and notify you via the dashboard notification system.
If you have any questions about our use of cookies or want to exercise your rights under applicable data protection law, please contact us:
